Return and Refund Policy

At Rivera Western Wear, we are committed to offering high-quality products and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return under the following conditions:

1. Timeframe to Request Exchanges or Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request an exchange or return.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return, a product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition, with no signs of use, washing, or damage.

  • Retain all original tags and original packaging in good condition.

  • Include the proof of purchase or order number.

Note: Sale items, personalized items, or intimate-use products are not eligible for exchange or return.

3. Process to Request an Exchange or Return

Send an email to info@riverawesternwear.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the return or exchange

  • Photos of the product (in case of defect or damage)

Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Once the product is received and its condition is verified, the corresponding exchange or refund will be processed.

4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error, Rivera Western Wear will cover the shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change in size, color, or model, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The estimated time for the refund is 5 to 10 business days after receiving and verifying the returned product.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another of equal or greater value, you will be provided with a discount code equivalent to the value of the returned product.

This code can be used for future purchases on our website.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.

Provide photos of the product and a detailed description of the issue to speed up the process.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, you must wait to receive it and then follow the return process described above.
