Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rivera Western Wear. Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live within our service areas.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently only offer direct shipping to the following countries:

  • United States

  • Mexico

Please note that for all orders to Mexico, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, which will be calculated via WhatsApp.

2. International Forwarding & Third-Party Shipments

We are only responsible for the delivery of the package to the address provided in the original order (within the USA or Mexico).

Important Disclaimer: If a customer purchases an item and uses a third-party service or personal means to ship the product to a country outside of our service area (e.g., shipping to a friend or relative in a different country), Rivera Western Wear is not responsible for any issues regarding:

  • Product fit or sizing.

  • Customer dissatisfaction.

  • Damages incurred during secondary transit.

3. Returns and Exchanges

United States Customers

We offer free returns and exchanges for customers located within the United States. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or need a different size, please contact our support team to receive a prepaid return label.

Mexico and International Forwarding Customers

For customers located in Mexico, or customers who have moved the product outside of the USA/Mexico via third parties:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted; however, the customer must cover all shipping costs associated with the return and the delivery of the new item.

  • This includes any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the process.

4. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rivera Western Wear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.), particularly for orders shipped to Mexico.
